On Fall 2018 CLSSA implemented the NEW mentor program!

New students are paired with current students further along in their grad programs. Mentors will help incoming students in a variety of ways (academic advice, knowledge of the local area, parking, classes, etc) and will be a social networker to help new students transition smoothly to graduate life at GMU in the CLS program.

INCOMING GRAD STUDENTS: Will receive a link to a survey that will help us pair you with a mentor (if you did not receive it please contact us).

CURRENT GRAD STUDENTS: Do you remember your 1st day in the CLS program? We all had thousands of questions (classes, parking, the campus, the area, the professors, etc). To help adjust our new grad students click here, complete the survey and we will match you with a mentee.

The CLSSA Mentoring program is completely student run, voluntary and overseen by the CLSSA officers.

For more information about the mentoring program contact us to the CLSSA email or our vice-president Rachel Jensen
