18 schools competed in 13 events encompassing 28 races. Conditions: Overcast, cool, moderate to heavy head-wind, no current Course: Buoyed 2000 meter. Range markers every 500m. Buoy color change at 500m and 1500m. All starts were floating or moving, therefore all results were based on order of finish. It is a mistake to compare times between races as actual distance raced varied. Medals were awarded to all first-place finishers,Second-place medals were also awarded in those events that had heats. There were no protests on or off the water.
