Membership Requirements
To be a Mason Player:
- Be a current degree-seeking student at George Mason University
- Have a 2.0 GPA or higher
- Be on the Players Mailing list
- Participate in at least two Mason Players productions in ANY capacity (ex. Acting, Directing, Designing, Run Crew, etc.)
To join the mailing list:
E-mail, LuAnn Baker, or you can e-mail the webmaster.
To Maintain Membership:
- Must continue to participate in two Mason Players productions (in any capacity) per CALENDAR year (January through December)
- Must attend at least ONE of the two Mason Players meetings that are held per month (Note: if you are unable to attend a meeting because of a valid reason, please email the Mason Players Secretary,Becca Ward, prior to the meeting and you will be excused).
- If you do not follow these requirements on maintaining membership, you will be dismissed from the Players.
If you have any questions or think you meet the requirements but are not on the list of elible Mason Players, please contact the Mason Players President, R. Wesley Meekins.
The list of eligible and pending Mason Players is located on the Mason Players News bulletin board in the Theater Lounge (PAB A 109)
If you meet these requirements, please send an email stating your intentions of joining Mason Players to our President, R. Wesley Meekins.
