I would like to declare my support for H.Res. 182, sponsored by Congressman Joseph P. Kennedy, Jr., calling for the British government to ban all provocative marches in Northern Ireland.

Also, at this time Congressman Payne's H.R.1075 has called for the United States government to limit the export of plastic bullets to the United Kingdom.

It is my hope that you will add your name in support of both documents on behalf of human rights in Northern Ireland.
