of George Mason University






Ireland 32 at GMU focuses on the study and appreciation of Irish culture, history and politics.Member benefits include:

  • Resources for free or reduced rates on Irish dancing and language lessons.

Faculty advisor for Ireland 32 at GMU is Dr. Coilin Owens. A native of County Roscommon, Ireland, Dr. Owens is also the Chairperson for the Washington D.C. Gaelic Club and Language Representative for the American Conference for Irish Studies, Inc. Dr. Owens is recognized as a leading scholar of Irish language, culture and literature.
