The Upper Class Competition allows second, third and fourth year students to compete in an in-school Moot Court Competition in an appellate level setting.  Students compete in teams of two.  The problem usually duplicates the appellate problem drafted for the Legal Research, Writing and Analysis III class.

Students who wish to apply for the Moot Court Board in their second year must compete in the Upper Class Competition.
