Quality of Work Life Task Force
President Merten created the "Quality of Work LIfe" task force in the fall of 1999, and the committee has continued through 2006. The purpose for this committee is to address and make recommendations regarding the quality of work life for all George Mason University employees.
The surveys were developed in an effort to gather the broadest possible input from the members of the university community and to make sure task force recommendations are consistent with what the university community needs. This site archives will include a report of the research findings, a summary of the executive report, and a summary of comments for 2006. The archives can also be accessed to see the Quality of Life Task Force findings for past years.
