Feedback Chat Sessions
In order to participate in a QWL Feedback Session, university staff need to follow the steps below. The sessions will be conducted in the Mason Communities of Practice chat room in Mason's Townhall online. Some members of the QWL Task Force will be available to chat with you during each of the 3 sessions. To participate in one of the feedback sessions, please follow the directions below.
- Register
If you do not have a login for Townhall, create a login with your Mason e-mail login ID. For assistance, see Townhall Registration Instructions - Download Townhall Registration Instructions (PDF)
- Select a Feedback Chat Session from the schedule below.
- RSVP by E-mail the Chat Session you would like to join and your Townhall login name
- When you are notified that you are added to Mason Communities of Practice for the Quality of Life Feedback Sessions Chat
of your choice:
- Login to Townhall
- Go to Mason Communities of Practice
- Select Quality of Life Feedback Sessions
- Select Interactive Feedback Session Chat
- Chat by typing in the Message area
- You can interact with QWL members listed in the window to the right.
