Quality of Work Life Task Force

President Alan Merten created the first Quality of Work Life (QWL) Task Force in the fall of 1999, and this committee has continued since that time. The purpose for the Task Force is to address and make recommendations regarding the quality of work life for all George Mason University employees.

The QWL surveys are developed and distributed in an effort to gather the broadest possible input from the members of the university community in order for Task Force recommendations to be consistent with university needs.

Archives link to the Quality of Life Task Force findings for past years and include reports of past research results, summaries of university feedback, and summaries of executive reports based on survey results, feedback, and Task Force recommendations.
