Georgia State University
Faculty and Staff
parking fees must be paid through payroll deduction. Monthly fees based on what
lot or garage your permit is for.
All Lots & Garages: $35- 45/month
SUNY (Albany and Buffalo)
Registration: $10.80 Union- representated Faculty and Staff (CSEA, UUP, PEF,
Council 82) only have to pay the registration fee. All others are required to
pay the registration fee plus a parking fee.

Syracuse University
Based on salary ($45-549 annually). Allocated on basis of rank and years of
service. Not guaranteed same space every year.

University of Cincinnati
Fees vary by lot/garage's distance from the center of campus. Parking spaces
are given by preference and lottery. Currently there is a waiting list for permits
in people's preferred lots.

University of Iowa
Must be a permanent 50% time or more employee to be eligible for Faculty/Staff
parking. Spaces are assigned based on your University office location. Position
on the waitlist is determined by hire date. Currently there are waitlists for
both Faculty and Staff.

University of Kansas
Fees based on location and type of parking. Lost or stolen permits must be reported,
and employee will be charges FULL amount for a replacement permit.

University of Kentucky
Full- time faculty can pay through payroll deduction.
Campus: $234/ year, $19.50/ month

Fees vary by semester, with Summer semester being the lowest for each category
and Fall semester the highest. For example, reserved parking is $118 for the
summer, $350 for the fall, and $235 for the spring.

University of Missouri (KC)
Permits are tied to specific Faculty/ Staff lots. Permits must be renewed annually.
Payment can be made in advance or by payroll deduction. Part-time employees
can buy permits on a pro-rated basis.

Lots are allocated by user type (faculty, staff, students, vendors, etc.).

University of Rhode Island
The permits are free, but must have one to park in the faculty, staff, or student
designated lots.
University of South Carolina
Assignments based on length of employment with the University. Reserved spaces
are in special lots and paid by payroll deduction. Both free and reserved permits
are tied to a specific lot or garage.
Reserved spaces: $20/month
University of South Florida
Requests for reserved space must include letter from Dean or equivalent attesting
to the fact that the space is needed based upon the registrant's work requirements.
Reserved spaces: $570/year
Central Campus: $220/year
Outer Campus: $145/ year, $73/semester
University of Tennessee
Spaces are assigned to faculty upon recommendation of dean or department head.
Fees are paid annually in advance or monthly by payroll deduction. All vehicles
must be registered and display a registration tag along with a parking permit.

University of Utah
"Premium" lots are available only to full-time faculty and staff.
Fees are paid by payroll deduction.

Reserved parking permit is valid in one of three specific garages and space
is guaranteed.

Wayne State University
WSU's parking is divided into two types: Assigned Parking and Open Parking.
Assigned Parking is paid for by payroll deduction, and is specific lots and
garages with gate-card access. Open Parking is paid by a fee upon exiting with
a plastic parking card that monetary value can be added to.
Lots & Garages: $480/year, $160/semester

Western Michigan University
Permits are tied to specific lots, and certain lots are Faculty/Staff only.
