Kevin Comer

Kevin Comer is finishing his M.S. in Operations Research at George Mason University. Mr. Comer earned his Bachelor's Degrees in Systems Engineering and Economics from the University of Virginia in 2007. He is currently working as a consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton, a government consulting firm based out of McLean, VA.

Elizet Escalera

Elizet has a B.S. in Systems Engineering and is pursuing her M.S. in Operations and Research. She is currently working as a Staff engineer at Noblis where she primarily works with environmental science projects.

Chris Garlock

Chris is completing a Master of Science in Operations Research. He is currently employed as an analyst with the Department of Defense.

James Henry

James Henry is an Operations Research Masters student at GMU and served as the project leader. He is currently an Operations Research/Systems Analyst for the US Army.

David Hull

Dave is a senior Operations Research Analyst for the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Cost and Economics (ODASA-CE). He is a member of the Weapons Systems Costing Division and specializes in ground combat and tactical vehicle cost initiatives. Prior to his arrival at Army headquarters, Dave worked for Calibre, a management and technology services company, where he conducted performance management analysis for ODASA-CE. Prior to that, Dave spent eight years in the United States Army as a commissioned officer in the Field Artillery. Dave graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from the United States Military Academy in 1996. Dave is currently taking classes at George Mason University in order to achieve a Masters Degree in Operations Research.

Diego Ugarte

Diego has Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and is currently working towards a Master Degree in Systems Engineering. He is working as an engineer for the Department of Defense.
