Nellie Coronado

Nellie is a graduate student in the Systems Engineering program specializing in Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I).  She has earned her Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas Pan American. She works as a Systems Engineer on the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure team for Tenacity Solutions in Reston, Virginia.  Prior to Tenacity, Nellie has worked a year with Citrix Consulting for various federal customers and five years with BAE Systems as a Senior Lead Systems Engineer in support of terminal servers and thin client devices.  At Lockheed Martin as a Systems Engineer for 2 years, she worked with an ESRI ArcGIS project configuring the terminal server environment.  After 8 years as a Systems Engineer and student for 7 of them, this project will finally be her last class.

Alan "Zip" Duda

Graduating from VMI in 1991 with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Alan "Zip" Duda became a Scientific Analyst in the Air Force. He separated and joined TASC in 1998, when he started his MSOR degree. While having worked in operations research for twenty years, this project is still not his final class. He recommends against founding a community theater as inconducive to completing an advanced degree.

Ehsan Foroudi

Ehsan is in the Systems Engineering Master’s degree program with concentration of Advanced Transportation Systems at George Mason University. He has an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from GMU. He joined Booz Allen Hamilton immediately after graduating and has recently started working at Metron Aviation. He enjoys working for the Federal Aviation Administration as a prime contractor for the Next Generation Air Traffic Management system. He is currently applying his academic knowledge as well as experience as aircraft technician and pilot on air transportation applications at Metron Aviation.

Amon Tarakemeh

Amon graduated from GMU in 2007 with a BS in Systems Engineering and started his career at Systems Planning and Analysis, as on OR Analyst. After some years he decided to pursue a MS degree in the more interesting study of Operations Research. Currently he works at Management Consulting and Research as an OR Analyst on various FAA projects. After graduating from GMU, Amon is mostly looking forward to not traveling from DC to Fairfax during rush hour.
