Students who have completed their suspension period, and
are returning from suspension will have a registration hold on their records. In order for this hold to be removed, a student must meet with his or her advisor and have an Academic Advisor Approval Form filled out. This form must then be submitted to the Undergraduate Academic Affairs office for the hold to be released. The Academic Advisor Approval Form can be found here. This form is treated in the same way as any other request submitted to the Undergraduate Academic Affairs office.
