Phoebe publishes literary work by authors in Mason's graduate program for creative writing.

Institutional deadlines are earlier than foundation deadlines so that the Coordinator for Postgraduate Fellowships and Scholarships or faculty advisors can review or process applications. Some foundations require that a university nominating committee meet to review applications prior to submission to the foundation.
