The Office of Health Education Services offers interactive health-related sessions for the entire George Mason community. Whether you are a faculty member, resident assistant, member of a club or organization, peer advisor, or anywhere in between, we are here to answer your health education needs.

In addition to in-class sessions we sponsor various theme events, such as STD/HIV Awareness Month, Breast Cancer Awareness, Healthy Relationships Week, Body Image Awareness Week, Destress Before Finals Week, and more. To inquire about these events contact the Wellness Education Resource Room
Health Education Just for You!It is not uncommon for students to approach our office and request one-on-one individualized information regarding a specific health topic. Often students attend one of our educational sessions and/or theme events or pick up one of our brochures and want to KNOW MORE! We understand this need and we are here to help.
If you are interested in gaining more individualized health education for a class assignment and/or a personal concern or issue, please contact us. Our discussions are completely confidential and it is not necessary to give your name at all. To set up an appointment please contact Health Education Services.

Health Education Services recruits, trains and retains peer health educators to deliver culturally appropriate and age appropriate sessions on various health topics.
