Exercise - But, I don't have time:
There are several examples of exercise opportunities right here on campus: walking, jogging, basketball, tennis, aerobics, swimming and many others. Check out the on campus fitness opportunities at the Aquatic and Fitness Center. Most fitness experts suggest at least 20 minutes of cardiovascular exercise 3 times a week. There are other exercises that are great for relaxation, flexibility, and strengthening that do not involve a lot of cardiovascular work, such as Tai Chi and Yoga. Whatever exercise activity you choose, exercise safely to help prevent injury to yourself and others.Take the stairs instead of the elevator(if you are physically able)and don't spend so much time searching for the closest parking space; park farther away and take a brisk walk to campus.
