SMOKELESS TOBACCO CESSATION PROGRAM

Congratulations for making the decision to quit using smokeless tobacco! It is hard work but with desire and commitment YOU CAN DO IT! We are here to help you succeed. This " 9 Inning "program will help you navigate your way to a tobacco free life! While you are reading the program, do not use chew or dip, this will help you get used to being tobacco free. You are doing a great thing for yourself and soon you will realize how quitting chewing tobacco or dip will change your life for the better. It is best to pick a Quit date that's a few weeks from now. During this time begin practicing being tobacco free. Practicing at being tobacco free will help you to achieve your goal of Quitting Tobacco! We have some extra tips and suggestions to help you STAY QUIT once you have completed the program.
