Smoking Cessation Online Program

Congratulations for making the decision to quit smoking cigarettes! It is hard work but with desire and commitment YOU CAN DO IT! We are here to help you succeed. This is a 9-Step program, please follow the steps in the correct order. While you are following this 9-step the program, try not to SMOKE, but if you "fall off the wagon" just climb back on and start where you left off. We are here to help you during your successes and set-backs.

You are doing a great thing for yourself and soon you will realize how quitting smoking will change your life for the better. It is best to pick a Quit date that's about three weeks from now. Use this time to practice being smoke-free. Practicing will help you to achieve your goal of Quitting Tobacco! We have some extra tips and suggestions to help you STAY QUIT once you have completed the program.
