Mason's Debit Card System
Deposit funds online, at the Mason Money office, any of the five Card Management Center's located in each libiray; use the Mason ID to make purchases both on and off campus!
Food Service Funds
Food service funds allow students to purchase meals tax-free! These funds are not refundable but may be transferred to another family member's food service fund. Funds idle after one year revert to the University. Food service funds are accepted at the following locations:
Fairfax Campus: Burger King, Cafe a la Cart, Charlie Chang's Kwai, Chick-fil-a, Conservation & Research Center, Damon's Express, Damon's Restaurant, Freshens, Fresh 'n Lite, George's, Ike's, Jazzman's, La Patisserie, La Vincita, Mrs. Mason's Cookies, Sangam Indian Cuisine, Southside, Sub Connection, Taco Bell, The Bistro, Ya Ya's Asian Kitchen
Arlington Campus: Jazzman's Cafe & Mason Cafe

Retail Funds
All Mason ID holders are welcome to use retail funds. Balances are refundable upon graduating or transferring. Early withdrawals are allowed under exigent circumstances, if approved, and are subject to a $10 fee. Funds idle after one year revert to the University. Retail funds are accepted at the following locations:

Depositing Funds in Person
Mason Money Office - Visit the Mason Money office located on the lower level of Student Union II. Cash, check, Visa, and MasterCard are accepted. Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 - 4:30. Deposits after 4:30 are available the following business day.
Card Management Center's - Located in each of the five libraries. Cash denominations of $1, $5, $10, & $20 are accepted for retail deposits. Patron cards can be purchases for $1.
Depositing Funds Online

Guest Deposits - Generous parents, relatives, and friends... Make a guest deposit online for your favorite Mason person by typing in their first name, last name, and their G number (omitting the 'G' and all preceding zeros). Federal privacy laws restrict the Mason Money office from giving out G numbers.
Patron Cards - If you've previously purchased a copy card from one of the Card Management Centers, use the Customer Number and the Default PIN printed on the card as the log in for depositing funds online.
