Caterer Approval Form

Effective January 1, 2005 events using state funds must use a caterer that is registered with the new eVA Purchasing System. Caterers on the Approved Caterer List below are not automatically registered with eVA. Before committing to using a caterer you must receive verification that they have registered with eVA. Payments for catering services will be made through the eVA System. For more information on the eVA System, please go to: http://fiscal.gmu.edu, there is information under the Resources and Announcements sections of the website.

date of original approval. After that an updated Caterer Approval form must
