Guest Attendance

Tickets are now available for those whose graduation applications were received before Oct 1, 2022. Later applicates will be added to the ticketing system periodically.

If you already have a Ticketmaster account, log in to associate your claimed tickets with your account. If you don’t have a Ticketmaster account, you can sign up for one with an email and password during the transaction.

Once on the ticket page, click ‘unlock’ and use your G-number (using the format G00######) as your password.  This is a ONE-TIME USE password, so all tickets must be claimed in one transaction.  After tickets have been claimed, the same G-number cannot be used again.

Once you have your tickets claimed, you can distribute them to guests from your Ticketmaster account. Click on the event in your account and the tickets will open. Click ‘Transfer’ to send tickets to those attending the event. Your guests will receive an email from Ticketmaster asking them to ‘accept’ their tickets.  They will need to click on the "accept" button in the email and follow the steps to associate the tickets with their own Ticketmaster account. At that point, their tickets are saved in their account for easy access on the day of the event. They can also save tickets to their Apple or Google Wallet if preferred.

On the day of the event, ticket holders will access their tickets on their smartphone via Ticketmaster or their mobile wallet. Tickets will be scanned at the gate directly from their phone.  Should there be any technical issues on the day of the event, the box office will be open to assist.

Everyone age 2 and older must have a ticket. Graduates do not need a ticket. Bachelors & Masters candidates can claim up to 4 tickets. Doctoral candidates can claim up to 8 tickets.

If extra tickets become available closer to Dec 15, instructions will be shared at that time.
