Get Your Regalia
Caps and gowns are a traditional part of the graduation experience.
You can buy regalia in person at the Mason Bookstore on the Fairfax and Arlington campuses, as well as order a diploma frame or additional Mason products. Online regalia sales are also available. Please see your regalia type below for deadlines.
Spring Grad Fair is February 28 thru March 2 from 10 am - 6 pm in Dewberry Hall
Bachelors and Masters Regalia
The deadline for online regalia orders is April 25, 2023. Regalia will also be sold in person at the Mason Bookstore for as long as supplies last.

Doctoral Regalia
Doctoral candidates may choose to either rent or purchase their doctoral regalia.

It is strongly recommended you go to the bookstore for measurements whether you rent or buy doctoral regalia.
- The last day to order if renting is April 4. (April 12 if online.)
- The last day to order if purchasing is March 16. (March 22 if online.)
Doctoral Candidates need to place their orders for rental regalia by April 4, 2023. After that date, you will have to pay the late fee of $25. Rented regalia must be picked up at the Mason bookstore. You can start picking up your rental regalia on May 9, 2023. You will need to return the rentals back to the bookstore by May 22, 2023. If the rentals are not returned, you will be charged $925.

You can order announcements from vendor Herff Jones online (two-week delivery). Payment will be made to Herff Jones.
Commencement Flowers and Graduation T-Shirts
You can pre-order flowers and T-shirts from The Commencement Group for delivery at the commencement ceremony.
