AIT 697 - Leading Organizations Through Change

Credits: 3 (NR)
This course introduces students who understand fundamentals of unit leadership to the critical tools for leading organizations through sustainable change. Through selected readings, discussions, team projects, in-class activities and guests, students learn how to prepare the organization, plan the details, execute a change process across an organization and measure the plan’s effectiveness and the change it brings to achieve continuous improvement. Students practice and receive in-class coaching to hone their leadership skills.

Prerequisite(s): Graduate Standing in MS, AIT program or permission of instructor.
