CHSS 480 - Preparation for the Workforce

Credits: 1 (NR)
Prepares students for the workplace, including internships and careers. Students will learn how to locate and obtain internships and jobs that capitalize on their educational experiences and fit with their personal goals. Class sessions emphasize specific skills, such as how to craft an effective resume, interview strategies, professional networking, how to function successfully in a professional workplace, job-search strategies. Designed specifically for liberal arts majors.
