Biography
Professor Perry teaches Business in Society and the Global Environment of Business. He has more than twenty years of business experience with globally recognized brands such as Starter, Visa International, XM Radio, the NFL team currently known as The Washington Football Team, Rosetta Stone and the Penn Relays. He has primarily focused on sports and entertainment marketing, business development and strategic corporate partnerships. He is experienced in advancing domestic and international brands and is passionate about acquiring loyal customers, building strategic relationships and implementing world-class promotions.
Prior to business school, Perry was an officer in the United States Navy, is a Gulf War veteran, and spent two years as a foreign exchange officer assigned to a French Navy ship.
Additionally, Perry was an adjunct professor at Georgetown University for eight years in the graduate level Sports Industry Management program which he helped develop as an advisory board member.
