GSOM 550 - Change Management

Credits: 3
Explores how to implement change in today’s business environment and considers the 4 generations in the workplace. Change models are introduced and applied. Students are introduced to individual and organizational change concepts and strategies for dealing with resistance and conflict.

Prerequisites
Admission to a graduate program or graduate certificate program in the School of Management, or permission of the program director.
