Application Requirements

Students must meet the admission standards and application requirements for graduate study as specified in the Admission chapter of the catalog. Students not currently in a degree program at George Mason should submit an application for graduate study. Students already enrolled in a Mason degree program should submit a secondary program application.

Certificate Requirements

Three required courses (9 credits):

PUAD 502 - Administration in Public and Nonprofit Organizations Credits: 3
CRIM 509 - Justice Organizations and Processes Credits: 3
CRIM 691 - Justice Program Planning and Implementation Credits: 3

Two elective courses (6 credits) in CRIM

A list of relevant electives is available under the concentration in administration of justice in the MPA (master of public administration) .

Total: 15 credits
