The MS in Real Estate Development program is designed to prepare prospective real estate professionals for professional careers and for research and teaching positions by combining academic education with opportunities for experience within real estate development organizations throughout the region. Emphasis is placed in the program on educating and training students using live case studies, in partnership with leading real estate development companies. The distinctiveness of the Master’s program in Real Estate Development offered by Mason lies in its curriculum, which has been tailored to strengthen the employment opportunities or mobility of students in non-academic kinds of jobs, as well as to prepare the minority of students who might wish to complement their studies with doctoral study in related fields. Students pursue one of three emphases: real estate development, real estate finance, or environment and sustainability. For application and enrollment information, please contact Veronika Lozina at vlozina@gmu.edu.
