NCLC 510 - Institutional Records Keeping

Credits: 3 (NR)

This course offers students the theory and mechanics of animal records-keeping and identifies the important role accurate records play in successful captive management. Instruction is in the new ISIS Zoological Information Management System (ZIMS) Application, with hands-on training to learn about the capacity of ZIMS for use as a complete information management system.

Prerequisite(s): Admission to MAIS ZAL concentration or permission of instructor.
