PHYS 409 - Physics Internship

Credits: 3 (RD)
On-the-job experience for physics majors in industry or government laboratories including summer programs.

Prerequisite(s): PHYS 262 or 266, and at least 12 credits at the 300-level or above of physics, astronomy, chemistry, engineering, or mathematics courses, and permission of the school.

Notes: May be taken twice with permission of the School of Physics, Astronomy, & Computational Sciences.
Students may receive no more than 6 credits of PHYS 405, 406, 408, and 409.
