The public health certificate will provide students with the fundamental skills and knowledge central to each of the five core areas of public health—social and behavioral health, epidemiology, biostatistics, environmental health, and health systems.
Admission Requirements
Applicants must meet the admission standards and application requirements specified in the Admissions section of the catalog and must apply using the online Application for Graduate Admission. To be eligible for admission to this certificate, applicants must have two years of full-time work experience and currently be working in a health-related field. The application process is competitive, and applications are considered for the fall and spring semesters. The graduate certificate in public health may be pursued on a full- or part-time basis. |
