GCH 701 - Program Evaluation

Credits: 3 (NR)
Examines the methods used by public health professionals to determine whether and how a particular health-related program “works”. Process and outcomes evaluation will be covered. Skills and knowledge relevant to evaluation strategies will be addressed, including the fundamentals of study design, how to frame evaluation questions, and understanding basic quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques for assessing program process and effects.

Prerequisite(s): GCH 601, GCH 611, and GCH 712 or Instructor Permission.
