NUTR 520 - Introduction to Wine and Beer

Credits: 3 (NR)
Multidisciplinary approach to understanding beer and wine across time and space. Emphasis is on the fundamentals of wine and beer production as well as the social and cultural dimensions of alcohol. Students must be 21 to enroll in the course.

Equivalent to GCH 520 (2010-2011 Catalog)

Notes: Will include off campus field trips.
