IT 322 - Modern Data Warehousing and Visualization

Credits: 3 (NR)
Basic concepts of data warehousing, mining, and visualization, emphasizing technical and management issues. Methodology and tools to design and implement data warehouses to provide reliable data that are integrated, structured and prepared for further querying, decision making, data mining and knowledge discovery. Analyzes use of enterprise-wide data store linking information from diverse sources making it accessible for various user purposes.

Prerequisite(s): IT 214 or equivalent, or permission of department.
