BMGT 638 - Managing Business Operations in a Global Environment

Credits: 3 (NR)
Focuses on design, planning, and control activities to produce and deliver goods/services in organizations. Introduces operations management decisions; operations strategy, process analysis and design, capacity planning, supply chain management, total quality management, and project management. Uses quantitative modeling, case studies, and computer software to analyze/solve problems. Due to the presentation and application of course material, course only open to MA Business Management students.

Prerequisite(s): Admission to BMGT program.
