Emphasis on domain-specific data mining algorithms suitable for spatial data and spatio-temporal data with geoscience and geoinformatics applications. Introduces real geoscience data mining applications in detailed applications.

Prerequisite(s): Competency in programming at the level of CSI 601-607 or permission of instructor.
