Information technologies, architectures, and products are categorized and analyzed with a view to develop and maintain the most favorable IT asset portfolio to successfully carry out business goals and strategies. Techniques for making group technology assessments, outsourcing decisions, project bidding, and contract negotiations.

Prerequisite(s): Admission to the MS in Management of Secure Information Systems or MS in Technology Management.
