CS 444 - Introduction to Computational Biology

Credits: 3 (NR)
This course introduces students to computational methods in molecular biology. The course will cover a broad array of topics in bioinformatics and computational biology and will be organized as three four-week modules. The modules are intended to capture the current classification of bioinformatics and computational biology methods and so to provide students with a broad view of the field.

Prerequisite(s): C or better in CS 310.
