We are monitoring health conditions in the region and safety guidance from local, state, and federal officials. Please check our tour calendar often as more opportunities will continue to be added weekly.

Mason offers a variety of ways to explore the 677-acre Fairfax Campus, and you can select one that’s structured for you.
If the weather is questionable, check the Mason home page for inclement weather notices, or call our information phone line (703-993-1000). Sessions and tours will be canceled if the university is closed or if classes are canceled.
On-campus information sessions will be offered at various morning and afternoon times throughout the week. The visit consists of a 30-minute information session with an admissions staff member in the Mason Tour and Visitor Center or Johnson Center. Due to space and social distancing guidelines, we are only able to accommodate walk-in visitors on a space available basis.
Following the information session, we encourage visitors to explore campus either with an Ambassador-led tour of campus or at your leisure using a self-guided walking tour map. We recommend allotting at least one hour and thirty minutes for your tour or 45-minutes for your self-guided tour.
Please review and act on our pre-visit communication emails before you arrive. We recommend adding email@example.com as an acceptable contact in your email account to ensure messages are delivered for timely action. You will be able to check-in 15 minutes prior to your session on the day of your scheduled visit.

We understand the value of visiting Mason’s campus in-person. During this time, we invite interested students to experience our Virtual Tour, which provides students and families the opportunity to explore places where Mason students live, learn, and dine.
Virtual Honors College information sessions are hosted at various times throughout the month. On-campus Honors College information sessions will be offered at 12:30 p.m. on Fridays.
The on-campus visit starts with a 40-minute information session with an admissions professional in the Mason Tour and Visitor Center. The capacity of each information session is 24 total visitors. Due to space and social distancing guidelines, we are only able to accommodate walk-in visitors on a space available basis.
Following the session, you’ll explore campus at your leisure using a self-guided walking tour map. We recommend allotting at least 45-minutes for your self-guided tour.
