The Office of Undergraduate Admissions will consider requests from admitted and deposited students to defer their enrollment for a maximum of one year.
Requests will be considered on an individual basis.
Deferral is granted only for a period of one full academic year ( Ex. Fall to Fall) or less. Submitting a request to defer admission does not guarantee that the deferral request will be approved. If a deferral is granted, students may not take courses at any other college or university during the period of the deferral. Please note: Requests to defer enrollment for a future term may be made only once per application.
