Headlined by award-winning singer and actress Lea Salonga, the annual benefit event raises funds for student scholarships at the College of Visual and Performing Arts (CVPA). Since its launch in 2006, ARTS by George! has raised more than $4.1 million for Mason Arts.

In an effort to support the pipeline of urgently needed special education teachers, the Behrmanns have created a scholarship for George Mason undergraduates working in the Mason LIFE program.

Students, donors, and Mason staff enjoyed an evening of gratitude at this year's Scholarship Dinner, with 200 guests in attendance to hear students’ stories of impact. More than 1,100 scholarships have been awarded in FY 24, totaling more than $3.5 million.

A new Hazel–Peterson Scholarship fund has been established in the name of the Hazel and Peterson families to support undergraduate students pursuing a minor in real estate development at the Costello College of Business of George Mason University.

The Leading Niche CEO Tamara Nall and her husband, Clement Ezeanii, have created the Susanna Ezeanii and Mayfred Jolinda Nall Health Informatics Scholarship Endowment to honor the memories of their mothers while making educational aspirations tangible for College of Public Health students.

CACI International Inc is once again supporting Mason students through a $200,000 gift to establish the CACI Scholars Program. The program helps selected scholars secure science, technology, engineering, or mathematics-related positions upon graduation.

Robert “Bobby” Kestyn, a graduate student thrower on Mason’s track and field team, has been named the inaugural recipient of the Becky Hartley Memorial Scholarship.
